Keli Hill is the CEO and founder of Dotted Line Notaries LLC. She is an experienced Loan Signing Agent and Mobile Escrow Closer, known for being efficient, detail-oriented, and an excellent problem solver with impeccable communication and time management skills.

Driven by her passion for the industry, she takes pride in providing title companies’ clients with the utmost care and professional service. Because of her dedication and consistency, she has performed over 2,000 successful loan signings and counting! She was quickly recognized for her extraordinary commitment and was designated as the first Illinois Loan Signing Agent Ambassador for the Loan Signing System.

You will find Keli socializing at marketing events to build relationships, learning new skills to hone her craft, collaborating with other business owners to create motivating content, and of course, servicing all of her clients with white-glove service.
